B. Free Coaching and Consulting partners with school leaders to improve school-wide culture systems. We specialize in coaching Culture, Team leaders, and Deans of grades K-12 by delivering highly engaging and effective professional development with individualized support. Our goal is to help school leaders maximize their growth potential to ensure their students thrive.
In the greater Philadelphia region and surrounding states, B. Free Coaching and Consulting has made impactful strides in helping school communities understand the importance of Social Justice, Diversity, Anti-Racism, and Educational Policies in order to improve school communities. CEO, Dia L. Jones hopes to expose underrepresented students and educational communities in need all around the country to Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and Social Emotional Learning (SEL). B. Free Coaching and Consulting dedicates all work to fight for educational equality for ALL students.
